Super Oxide Water

Unlocking the Secrets of Water. With the advent of Super Oxide water we bring the world the most powerful and harmless sterilizing disinfectant ever discovered.

The following information is preliminary in nature and not intended to be exhaustive. Super Oxide Water -- an environmentally friendly sanitizer -- is the product of the latest research in Japan. Unlike commercially available sanitizers, Super Oxide Water posses no threats to operators as chemical based sanitizers do. Regular tap water is converted into Super Oxide Water through electrolysis. A minute quantity of table salt (Na Cl) is added to the tap water then the water passes by anodes (positive electrodes) and cathodes (negative electrodes) to create a low pH high millivolt sanitizing water.

Super Oxide Water is designed for sanitizing food contact surfaces and is ideal for cleaning and sanitizing food manufacturing and transportation equipment. Hospitals and restaurants are among the many industries that successfully use this water in place of commercially available harsh chemicals for sterilization and cleaning purposes.

What is Super Oxide Water?

Super Oxide or Electro Oxidizing Water (EOW) generator was developed in Japan as an advanced electrolysis system. Through electrolysis tap water is converted into two fractions acidic water with an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of +1146 mV and an alkaline fraction with an ORP of -895 mV. Accordingly, the pH factor of the acidic water (EOW) is lowered to levels of 2.4 or lower, which possesses bactericidal and fungicidal effects. The water can be used for sterilization and as a disinfectant. This provides an inexpensive and environmentally safe method to clean any food contact surfaces very effectively.

A Few Facts on Super Oxide Water

  • Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) is more than 1100 mV

  • pH level is less than 2.6

  • Concentration of Hypochloride is approx. 10 ppm

  • Concentration of O3 is approx. 0.1 ppm

  • Soluble oxygen concentration is approx. 20 ppm
