Why Should You Cook With Microwater?

Food stuffs and drinks prepared with MizuTek Microwater retain their flavors, taste richer, have appealing natural colors and more nutrients are made bioavailable. This is how...

Microwater is generated from ordinary culinary drinking water with a MizuTek Microwater Ionizer. Two types of water are delivered for your use: Alkali-ion Microwater and Acidic-ion Microwater.

Alkali-ion Microwater is used for drinking, cooking pastas, rice, coffee, tea, soups and vegetables of all types.

Acidic-ion Microwater is used for batters for deep frying, breads, and cakes. Microwater has small water clusters. Studies have indicated that normal water or bulk water, has no clusters. The small water clusters can have 8 to 16 water molecules clustered together. It is believed that these water clusters change back to bulk water within 23 hours after generation. These clusters are also found in the first few molecular depths of the oceans. These clusters are very good heat conductors. If this water clustering condition lasted for a longer time then it does in the ocean, the temperature of the oceans would be much warmer and so would the whole climate on the earth. The sun provides the energy to produce clustered water in the ocean.

Electrolysis is used in the MizuTek Microwater Ionizer to produce these clusters for you. It is the conductivity of the water clusters in MizuTek Microwater that will save you up to 30% of your cooking energy and time in preparation of your food and hot drinks. It is these water clusters that deliver the flavors, colors and bioavailable nutrients from your food to you.

Why is it that you cover your food when cooking it? To keep the flavors, color and nutrients in your food. That is why experts claim that it is not good to over cook and over boil your food. MizuTek Microwater solves the problem naturally. These pictures show how by keeping the steam to a minimum.
